Barry Agulnik

Barry Agulnik has been working as a commercial mortgage lender for over 20 years. He brings with him a wealth of experience in all asset classes, both in construction and term financing and is a valued addition to our commercial department.

Barry enjoys working with varied clients and actively strives to meet their diverse needs. He is able to pinpoint his client’s needs while helping to move the client seamlessly through the mortgage process, working collaboratively with both the lenders and client’s expectations.

Before joining our team as a commercial mortgage broker, Barry worked in the industry as a commercial lender. This put him in the unique and enviable position of possessing the specialized knowledge of the specific needs of the lender when bringing a commercial financing project to being funded.
With an educational background rooted in finance and marketing from the University of Ottawa and a portfolio spanning over three major financial institutions, Barry brings proven experience to his role as our primary commercial broker. With demonstrated finance, project management, and real estate development skills, Barry will be able to broker any major commercial deal that will perfectly suit your real estate mortgage needs.
